Capture the scope, drama and historical significance of the Battle of Britain in an accessible board game.

Solution:
John created RAF, an in-depth study of the Battle of Britain. The board game was cited for its design and scholarship and its unique solitaire play system, and was among the best selling war games of the 1980's.
